The homeowners association was established in the early 1970’s to protect our neighborhood and enhance its value. We take care of our common space, natural settings, lakefront, and park-style amenities. We act as a private manager of our streets and collectively purchase sanitation and snowplowing at substantial discounts for our 123 homeowners.
